AI, Structured.

The harness. Contextual Encryption. Local models that keep working if the cloud dies.

Any Industry

The trade changes. The problem is the same: work leaks, guesses slip through, and data walks out the door.

Shops of every kind linked to one gold ring.

You Name ItKitchen. Clinic. Yard. Office. Shop. We structure the AI around the end goal. Your people stay employed.

The Harness

A harness is several AI boxes checking each other. One box alone is a guess.

One red box alone. Many gold boxes linked.

Missed every check. Another box in the set still had the answer.

Caught 29 of the 30 the one box missed

That is our 30-question check. Grok hit 30 / 30. Codex hit 29 / 30. None of the boxes were fooled. Gray pip = another box still had the key.

Outside Study: How Often They Guess When They Do Not Know

A different test, run by Artificial Analysis. Not our 30 checks. When the model is not correct, how often it still answers instead of saying it does not know.

Fable 5.1 also posted the highest accuracy they have measured on that test (67.2%) and tried 93.4% of the questions. It got smarter and guessed more. That is why a harness still has to catch the miss.

Contextual Encryption

KAS created this system in 2025. Cloud AI keeps your job. A local model on your machine scrambles it first.

Shop papers pass through a gold mask. Only fragments reach the cloud.

We use a method called Contextual Encryption, a system KAS created in 2025. A local model masks your data so that even someone who gets it cannot tell what is valid, what is not, and what jobs you are actually on. We use techniques from the best encryption people working now. That is all we say about it here.

Local Models

Three different setups. A generator is not one of them — it is how a local box stays on if the power dies.

Three model boxes in a red cloud. The cable to the shop is snapped.
123
The CloudThe models sit in someone else’s sky. The cable snaps. The shop waits in the dark.
Model boxes live inside a gold-lit shop.
123
In-HouseThe models sit in your shop. Work continues if the vendor blinks.

Three Ways to Put Models in the Shop

A — Encrypt Here, Then the Cloud A local model on your machine runs Contextual Encryption. The cloud can still do the heavy thinking. Only the scrambled job leaves the building.

This is the privacy setup. It is not a backup brain.

B — Think Here If the Cloud Dies A local model in the shop does the actual thinking when ChatGPT, or any other vendor, goes down. The crew keeps working. A generator and a battery (UPS) are how that box stays powered if the lights go out too.

This is the backup brain. One site. One thinking box. Power backup is part of it, not a separate product.

C — A Harness at Each Site Several local models at that shop, checking each other — the same catch as the harness, on your floor. Repeat it at every location.

This is not one backup box. It is many boxes at each site, catching each other’s misses, with no live dependence on a vendor outage.
